Storyline

Kaito's transition from high school to the fitness world is marked by a chance reunion with Michiko, Yuuki, and Hikari, three friends from his past, each with a unique and significant connection to him. As Kaito navigates his professional life as a gym trainer, he finds himself torn between the affections of Michiko, the childhood friend; Yuuki, the sports enthusiast; and Hikari, the artistic soul. The story takes an unexpected twist when Aya enters the scene, a charismatic and outgoing newcomer to town who quickly captures Kaito's attention. As Aya becomes acquainted with Kaito and his circle of friends, her presence adds a layer of complexity to the already intricate web of emotions.
