Originally made for Narrative Driven Jam 12. The theme was asymmetry and it made me think of a family tree with unbalanced branches. Missed the deadline and forgot about it for while, but finally wrapped up the loose ends and decided to post it anyway! "In this game, your goal is to piece together your family tree from phone conversations and sticky notes. As you learn information, more stickies will appear and be able to place on your tree by hovering over the right spot. It's rather short, but I hope you like it! Shoutout to my TikTok followers for providing feedback on the phone voices and helping guide me to this iteration of this sound effect, where short clips are selected and played randomly to give it a little more realism. Content warning: death. Nobody dies during the game, but not all the family members are still around. Just a heads up if you don't wanna engage with that right now." -Description on official itch.io page
A person must get sticky notes and call their family to finish a family tree for a school assignment. From cousins, to late grandparents, to a man named Andrew, the tree takes about 5 minutes to complete.
