Puyo Puyo! The Medal Edition is a coin pusher-styled arcade game based on Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary, the fifth in Sega's "Medalink" series.

Storyline

The game revolves around using coins to hit on-screen Puyos to enlarge them and then pop them to start off a shuffled, filled board of Puyos to pop them in groups of 4 to make chains. Rewards are given out based on the larger the chain is as the player tries to reach the jackpot.
