Triad Wars was to be a spiritual sequel of Sleeping Dogs. Developed by United Front Games with the support from Square Enix London Studios and published by Square Enix, it was an open world free to play online game for Microsoft Windows. There was no linear storyline, as it focused on your created character and your gang. It was going to feature a similar combat, shooting and driving systems found in Sleeping Dogs. It was announced on December 23rd, 2015 that the game would be closed on the 20th January, 2016.

Storyline

A gang war blazes across Hong Kong. Create your own enforcer, establish your turf, recruit a gang, and join a triad then fight your way through the ranks on a quest for money, power, and fame. Own the streets before they own you.
